Ah. You caught me being lazy there. Alright, I will specify that I am the only Air Privateer operating out of Vancouver. I got the marque letter from the local air force docking station, all good and proper.

But thank you for informing me of other airships operating out here. Nice to not feel so alone.

Of course, Ms. Stormfeather, you do realize you just gave him two new targets, right?

I'd actually like to see him meet up with Capt. EZ Jones of the Andoria. A bit of a pirate at heart hisself, as are most of those fly right boys....

Our littel shuttle, The Heart of Gold, isn't much of a prize. And besides, I can't imagine him wanting to get on the Companion's black list....

I fear now we've hijacked their story thread, back to it then....

I believe you are referring to the doctoral Tam which is often a John Knox Cap or Tudor Cap (depending on university)

No worries about all the characters. No one is petty enough to see my using one but not all in each chapter of the story. Random background characters are what cause my writers block often enough. Everyone and everything will have a passing mention. Just like Pixar films have tiny (sometimes unnoticed) "cameo" appearences of their other characters. It will be a fun test of my writing skill.

Well you could use Commander Doctor Christopher Pinkerton-Charmichael, Commander in Chief of Her Majesty's (gawd bless her) General Post Office airship fleet.

Hmmm....

Lessee - im a civil engineer and I work for my grandfather's construction company as a construction manager. you can find my outfits in very old Filson catalogs (or the current ones, since they run lots of then-now) We pre-build luxury homes, cottages, and motels and deliver them by airship - the Amy K. - to remote and scenic locations...

Character information - basic college jock (rugby) turned engineer, trained carpenter, member of one of the larger and older Western Reserve familes, ... geez - im a two-dimensional IRW...

The Amy K's registry is US (Port of Cleveland, Ohio), heavy engineering ship, mounts a one pounder rifle fore (that's 37mm in French) and a Gattling gun aft (prob the late .45/70 type) Letters of marque issued by US, terms: action conditional on declared hostility or criminal history. The Amy K. has (total) four cranes mounted fore, aft, and amidships. Lift should be at least enough for a large house but is contingent on your world's technology. Crew - 10, spartan quarters for up to 20 workers.
